Refund and Returns Policy

Since we provide digital IPTV services that are delivered instantly, this Refund Policy explains the situations in which refunds can or cannot be issued.

No Physical Returns

Siranos IPTV offers digital subscriptions only.
There are no physical goods involved, so returns do not apply.

When a Refund Can Be Issued

A refund may be granted when the service did not work at all and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.
We must be given the opportunity to assist you, and if the problem cannot be fixed within 48 hours, a refund can be provided.
Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase, and your device and internet connection must meet the minimum requirements for IPTV use.

How to Request a Refund

To ask for a refund, send an email to support@siranosiptv.com with your order ID and the subject line “Refund Request.”
Please describe the problem you experienced and include screenshots or a short video if needed.
We may request additional details to better understand the issue.

Situations Where Refunds Are Not Provided

Refunds cannot be issued for problems related to your device, apps, internet connection, Wi-Fi, or incorrect setup.
Issues caused by ISP blocking are not eligible for refunds; using a VPN is recommended.
We do not refund purchases based on the channel list, content preferences, or temporary freezing and buffering.
Refunds are not provided for subscription renewals unless the cancellation request is made before the renewal date.
We also do not issue refunds after 72 hours from the time of purchase.

Service Stability and Expected Behavior

Although we work to keep our service stable, temporary interruptions can happen due to external providers, weekly maintenance, device or app misconfiguration, internet instability, or ISP-related issues.
These temporary interruptions do not qualify for refunds.

Extended Service Interruptions

If your IPTV service becomes completely unusable for more than 48 hours because of an issue on our side, you may request either a refund or additional time added to your subscription as compensation.
We are always open to finding a fair solution.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are handled by our payment processors, such as PayPal, Stripe, or your bank.
Processing times vary depending on the provider.
Card payments typically take between 5 and 20 business days to appear back in your account.
In some cases, banks may take longer—up to 90 days—depending on their internal procedures.
These timelines are outside our control.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Opening a dispute without contacting support may lead to service suspension and delay the resolution process.
We encourage you to reach out to our support team first so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
